I do not accept returns. Due to the nature of my industry, I can only accept exchanges.
Exchanges need to be returned within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. This policy is firm and I will make no exceptions.
To exchange your item, you first need to email me at email@example.com to let me know about your exchange.
To send back your item, it must be neatly packaged (if you have a molded cup bra, please roll up tissue in the cups to prevent cups from being dented).
If I receive an item that is visibly dirty or excessively worn, I will not be able to return it.
Once I receive your item, please allow 24-48 hours for process your exchange.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. I am not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
