14-Day Return Policy
No woman knows how a bra is going to fit until she tries it. This is why I've been generous in my bra returns.
**To make the return process easier we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to try a different bra just return the bra you don’t want for a refund and place a new order on our Bosom Besties site for the bra you’d like.
*We don't accept returns on bras that are were special ordered if it's a style or color we don't carry in our store*
In order to return your bra please follow these steps:
1. Email email@example.com within 14 days of the date your purchase your bra to let me know you're not happy with your purchase. We can help you figure out what's going on.
2. Please make sure to keep your bra tags. The internal tags still need to be attached and the original prices need to be included. Your bra needs to be clean and in new condition in order to return it.
3. Print, fill out, and include this return form with your bra.
4. Drop the bra off on Courtney’s porch OR ship the bra back to:

You cover the cost to ship it back to the shop, We recommend using First Class Mail, it's the cheapest option, around $3-4.
5. Once the bra is received it will be inspected to see if it meets the clean and new requirements. If these requirements aren't met, we cannot return or exchange it and the bra will be shipped back to you. If it meets the requirements we will issue you a refund (using your original form of payment). It can take 2-7 business for the return to show on your statements.
